The ‘Golden Triangle’ or ‘Golden triangle tour packages’ of India is a tourist circuit that navigates the Indian states of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. It is called the Golden Triangle because these states, adding the reason for their location, form a triangle on the map of India.

This journey of the Golden Triangle starts from Delhi and goes to the south of Agra and the deserts of Rajasthan in the west. All three places are famous for their cultural grandeur. It is a famous and developed tourist route through which one can easily see the diversity of India. The circuit is 720 km long by road, with each side lasting 4-6 hours of travel. This circuit is also connected by rail and air.

PACKAGE ITINERARY

India’s golden triangle is a tourist circuit which connects the national capital Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. The Golden Triangle is so called because of the triangular shape formed by the locations of New Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan on a map. The trips usually start in Delhi moving south to the site of Taj Mahal at Agra, then west, to the desert landscapes of Rajasthan. It is normally possible to do the trip by coach or private journey through most tour operators. The Golden Triangle is now a well traveled route providing a good spectrum of the country’s different landscapes. The circuit is about 720 km by road. Each leg is about 4 to 6 hours of drive. Day 1

Delhi

On arrival at Airport / Railway station, meet our representative and proceed to Hotel for Check in. Delhi is a city built and re-built seven times over several centuries. The capital city today marries the quaint and unique elements of different historical eras with the pace of the bustling, growing economy. At every turn of the road, the past and the present coexist. Later proceed for city Tour of NEW DELHI - drive past the stately government buildings of the British Era designed by Lutyen’s, including the Indian Gate & the Presidential Palace. Continue onto the beautiful Humayun’s tomb of the Mughal era & thereafter visit the towering minaret of Qutab Minar. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2

Delhi - Agra Sightseeing

After breakfast drive to Agra. Arrive and check in at Hotel. Akbarabad, as Agra was known during the Mughal era, is home to some of the most magnificent Mughal architectures. Situated on the banks of river Yamuna, the monumental beauty of Agra has inspired countless people around the world. This third largest city of the state of Uttar Pradesh is home to three UNESCO world heritage sites. Later Proceed to Visit to the world - famous Taj Mahal - or literally "Crown of Palaces" was built by Shah Jehan to immortalize the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal who died tragically in 1631. After that visit, the Red Fort built by three generations of Mughal Emperors between 1565 and 1573. It housed both the presidential Palaces of the Royal family, and the military quarters. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3

Agra - Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri

After breakfast visit Agra Fort & proceed to the Pink City of Jaipur. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri - once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. Also visit the Buland Darwaza, the largest gateway in the world. On arrival at Jaipur, check into your hotel. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 4

Jaipur

After breakfast start for full day local sightseeing in Jaipur. Visit Amber Fort & Palace, "Gaitore" Cenetophs (Front View), take a photo stop at Jal Mahal, City Palace & Museum, Jantar Mantar (Observatory) & take a photo stop at Hawa Mahal. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 5

Jaipur – Ajmer

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Ajmer. Arrive & Visit Ajmer-e-Sharief Dargah, Adhai-Din-Ka Jhopara, Ana Sagar Lake, Akbari fort Musume , Baradari and later come back to hotel. Overnight stay at Ajmer.

Day 6

Ajmer – Jaipur/Delhi

After Breakfast Check Out From Hotel And Visit Ajmer-e-Sharief Dargah and drive to Jaipur/Delhi Upon Arrival Drop To Airport / Station As Per The Itinerary....
